Prom “night” is the deadliest night of the year for students age 15 to 18. Our students are losing their lives before they really get started. I know what you're thinking, but NO it’s NOT mostly alcohol or drug related, although we all know that is a problem. The most common reason however is driver error due to distractions and inexperience behind the wheel. Students shouldn’t be driving other students to this school event. The RightWay Livery Association Student Safe-Rides Program will also be providing the off duty Law Enforcement Officers to protect the students at the off campus event. There is danger now more than ever at any School event that someone unwanted should get inside and cause a real safety problem. Who will be there to keep your students safe? RightWay Livery will be with highly trained armed professionals. We are not there to interfere with the event just to quietly be in the background in plain clothes secure the event from any unwanted intruders. We just want the student event off campus to have a great "all safe" outcome.

The greatest plus to our RightWay Student Safe-Rides Program as we have designed it... Parents and Schools won't have to pay for the services we provide. It is all paid for by fundraising events. We are also able to give money back to the schools that is so badly needed.

You’ve just had a baby… you planned for the nine months so everything would be just perfect. You couldn’t wait for your child to arrive… finally that time has come and you looked into your newborn baby’s eyes and in your mind you said.. I will love you forever!

Would you let a stranger come to your door and say.. "Hello I’m here to pick up your child" and take them away from you for 8 hours… NO YOU WOULDN’T!

Now flash forward 15 to 17 years from then… you have had all these years to teach your child to love your child and soon your child will be an adult. You will share in all their successes as well as all their failures.

You have taken their hand in yours since the first moment of the first day of their life. You vowed to always support them.. and you meant every thought and word about this.. Its Prom night a Limousine rolls up.. a stranger comes to your door and says I’m here to pick up your Child and take them away for 8 hours … now STOP!!!!!

Parents what are you thinking? You have had all these years to love that newborn even more then you ever thought possible....

So why do you think this is okay?

WHILE YOUR KIDS WERE DANCING THE NIGHT AWAY AT THE PROM.... I WAS DRINKING MY NIGHT AWAY WAITING AT THE LOCAL BAR...

THEN I WENT BACK AND PICKED UP YOUR KIDs!

DON’T JUST HAND YOUR CHILD OFF TO STRANGERS!

Did you know that the Livery (Limousine) Industry is supposed to be licensed by the state? Did you know that about 70% are not properly licensed? Do you know that many licensed companies have uninsured vehicles so that they can actually turn a profit? Trust me I get it, the state has made that impossible for Livery to make a profit.

But are you going to chance that your son or daughter rides in one of those cars? Did you know that most companies DO NOT do any background checks on their drivers… so how would you feel about a rapist, pedophile, or drug pusher driving your student around for 8 hours? How do you know that when your kids are in their event the driver isn’t out drinking or doing drugs… you don’t know and it has happened many times.

Someone needs to regulate this Livery Industry at least where the student are involved! RightWay Livery Association is going to do that for you through the RightWay Student Safe-Rides Program! We are going to check every company, vehicle, and driver out prior to every allowing them to represent our program or picking up your student.

Please contact The RightWay Livery Association to come and speak to your PTA, about these safety issues involving students and what to ask and look for prior to any Limousine Hire.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Logistics & Planning fees:

All reservations cancelled for special events, conventions, red carpet events, multiple car services, consecutive days reserved, will be charge for all time spent for / preparation / schedules / logistics / meetings and all other applicable time spent on planning these multi car or day special events. Discounts promised are only applied when the entire bill is being paid. If you cancel part or all of your services your bill will reflect our normal rates. No discount will be applied to cancellation amounts owed as stated herein.

Additional Notice of cancellation fees:

Cancellations received at least 90 days prior to any event will owe us 25% of the estimated event total plus planning charges.

Cancellations received 60 days prior to any event will owe 50% of the estimated event total plus planning charges

Cancellations made within 30 days of any event will be charged 100% of the estimated even total plus all planning charges as explained above in logistics & Planning Fees.

YOUR BILL IS DUE WHEN:

The bill is expected to be paid in full within 10 days of billing.. If a Credit Card is declined for ANY reason we charge an additional 10% charge of your total bill on top of your existing bill.

If a bill is not paid in full within 10 days of any event (unless paid by credit card) it is considered past due after 10 days of the last day of services rendered.

If you cancel your event, your payment (see Cancellation and refund policy) is due within 3 days of the cancel date.

If your agreement IS for you to pay with a credit card, your payment is due immediately.

If you cancel your credit card or your credit card is declined for ANY reason you will be charged/owe an additional 10% (percent) on top of your entire bill per day accumulating daily.

RECOMMENDATIONS

If You're planning an event where you will be using vendors. ABSOLUTELY YOU SHOULD TAKE OUT EVENT INSURANCE TO COVER ALL VENDORS.

If you choose NOT to do this expect to pay vendors out of your pocket. We WILL expect to be paid per our agreement weather verbal or written and per our cancelation policies.

THE BEST WAY TO DESTROY A GOOD BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP IS TO IGNORE THESE DETAILS
